Synco is a three-sided delivery platform for restaurants, couriers and dispatch. It replaces spreadsheets, group chats and ad-hoc calls with a single operational view of orders and routes.

Operations console for dispatch and support with a live order feed.
Backend services for order lifecycle, assignments and notifications.

Early impact (pilot phase)

Pilot teams report fewer coordination messages and clearer visibility of active routes.
Architecture prepared for multi-tenant, multi-city rollout after pilot phase.
